Among the most important problems of the small and medium hotel enterprises there are, doubtless, those ones relative to the economic management control and the financial programming.
Both of them need a high professionalism because of their complexity and the continuous evolution of control and programming instruments.
It happens either during the phase of the resources' ordinary management or during the extraordinary one which is above all relative to the investments; in fact, the particular typology of activities requires some constant financial interventions to guarantee the adjustment of the structures to the always developing demand and their competitiveness on an always more global offered market and with respect to an always keener competition.
From here the need to start this Master with the objective to form some adequate professionalisms to help the hotel enterprisers, either with highly responsible duties inside the enterprise, or as external company management consultants.

The formative objectives
The Master wants to transmits to the participants some basal knowledge and adequate instruments to manage a hotel industry foreseeing an essential alternation between interactive frontal lessons and stages.

In particular it sets out to:

• Teach to work on the levers of the company competitiveness and on the strategic changes of the tourist enterprises;
• Develop the knowledge about the problems connected with the business finance;
• Allow to know the fiscal problems at a national and european level;
• Teach to drow up an account;
• Teach to understand the rates of account;
• Teach to optimize the economic and financial managing of the enterprise.

The receivers

The Master is for graduates coming from every university disciplines who can speak at least Italian and English.

Duration and organization

The Master of Management Control lasts 8 months and its composed of 800 hours. The formative path requires an engagement of 7 hours everyday and the obligatory frequency.
